Dubai Creek Harbour – Emaar
Overview
Dubai Creek Harbour, is one of the prominent area in Dubai, 10minutes drive from Burj Khalifa, 10 minutes from the airport. This is the water front community in the heart of Dubai by Emaar. The area is surrounded by Water on 3 sides and the Mangrooves forest from the one side, the canal which flows from the Diera runs through the Creek is extended till Business Bay Canal and finally connected to open sea in Jumeirah.
This is one of the most iconic locations with the tallest tower and the Bigger Mall then the Burj Khalifa- Dubai Mall, with the water front in the heart of Dubai. Bird Centaury on the other end is the value addition for this area as nothing can block the sCenic view this area holds

As declared by the Dubai government and Emaar that this area will have the tallest tower – taller then then Burj Khalifa, this area become the Center of attraction in the investor’s community.
Then Emaar is also launching a bigger mall in this area, planned it to be bigger than Dubai Mall.

The water views are the real eye candy, the mangroves forest and the Flamingo Bird sanctuary is a an absolute blessing for the area, the government make sure that the entire area remain clean and well protected, we can be sure that in future no construction will take place in this water area.

huge demand is there for the renting and in the first 6 towers- Creek Residences North and Creek Residences South, there is no units available for rent and the rentals have gone up by almost 30% of the value.
